Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
    2. Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
    3. Resistance Band Thrusters
    4. Resistance Band Russian Twists

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for the designated time interval, alternating between work and rest periods.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and intensity throughout each round.
