Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
    2. Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
    3. Resistance Band Thrusters
    4. Resistance Band Bicep Curls

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds of all 4 movements for a total of 32 rounds.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you for each movement.
- Focus on proper form and full range of motion throughout the workout.
