- 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- 40 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- 30 Resistance Band Rows
- 20 Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
- 10 Resistance Band Deadlifts
Resistance Band: Use a medium resistance band for all movements
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
Make sure to keep tension on the resistance band throughout each movement for maximum effectiveness. Adjust band tension as needed to maintain proper form.
