- 25 Resistance Band Rows

Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles during the resistance band rows.


Notes: Scale the pull-ups and push-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. The resistance band rows will challenge your back muscles and grip strength.
