EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • Even minutes: 10 Resistance Band Push Press

Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Set up a timer for 20 minutes and alternate between the two movements each minute. Focus on maintaining proper form and tempo throughout the workout. Adjust resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
