EMOM Cardio Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- 10 Jumping Lunges
Instructions: Perform 10 resistance band pull-aparts and 10 jumping lunges within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
Notes: This workout will focus on shoulder stability and lower body explosiveness. Adjust the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
