Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
    2. Resistance Band Bicep Curls
    3. Resistance Band Rows
    4. Resistance Band Tricep Extensions

Skill Focus: Practice proper form and technique throughout each round. Focus on maintaining tension in the resistance band and controlled movements.


Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Keep a steady pace and focus on quality reps over speed.
