Resilience Through Tabata // Thursday - 2026.03.05

Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between the two movements for a total of 4 rounds each.


  1. Resistance Band Deadlift
  2. Resistance Band Bent Over Row

Instructions:
- Complete 20 seconds of max effort work for each movement, followed by 10 seconds of rest before switching to the next movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds for each movement.
