AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Double Unders

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, moving through the exercises with good form and intensity. Use the resistance band for added challenge during the push-ups or squats if needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to see how many rounds you can complete within the time frame.
