<li>Hang Power Cleans</li>
<li>Front Squats</li>
<li>Push Press</li>
</ol></li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Barbell Weight:</strong> Use a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform each movement for 20 seconds, aiming to complete as many reps as possible in that time frame. Rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good technique and pushing yourself during the work intervals.</p>
