  <p><strong>EMOM for 15 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Odd minutes: 10 GHD Sit-ups</li>
<li>Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts at 70% of 1RM</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 Deadlifts at 70% of your 1-rep max at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next set. Adjust the weight of the Deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.</p>
