<li>10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> 24/16 kg</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 10 kettlebell swings and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish the reps before the next minute starts. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
