</ul><br><p><strong>Skill Focus:</strong> Focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire 20 seconds of work, including hitting the target consistently and keeping a strong core.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Complete all 8 rounds of Wall Balls before moving on to the next exercise. Keep track of your total reps for each round and try to maintain or increase your reps each round. Rest 1 minute between movements. </p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Wall Ball</p><br><p><strong>Time Cap:</strong> 12 minutes.</p>
