<li>10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)</li>
<li>10 Kettlebell Push Press (5 each arm)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> Men 24kg / Women 16kg</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving through each exercise with good form and intensity. Make sure to switch arms for unilateral movements like snatches and push press. Push yourself to keep a consistent pace throughout the workout.</p>
