  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong><br>
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225/#155)<br>
- Odd minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 5 deadlifts at the top of every even minute, and complete a peg board ascent at the top of every odd minute. If you fail to complete the required reps or ascent within the minute, rest the next minute and continue with the following movement on the next interval. </p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong> Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout, especially during the peg board ascents to avoid injury. Adjust the weight of deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form.</p>
