Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined. Adjust weight as needed for overhead squats. Make sure to have proper form and technique on both movements to prevent injury.</p>
