  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>10 Wall Balls</li>
<li>10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Medicine Ball Weight:</strong> 20/14 lbs</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 10 wall balls and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Keep the intensity high and push yourself to complete the reps within each minute.</p>
