<li>10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)</li>
<li>15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)</li>

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. The focus is on both strength with the deadlifts and stamina with the rope climbs and box jumps. Make sure to pace yourself to sustain a steady effort for the entire duration of the workout.</p>
