- Dumbbells</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform 20 seconds of max effort rope climbs, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, immediately perform 20 seconds of max effort dumbbell thrusters, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed. </p><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the entire workout.</p><br><p><strong>Scaling Options:</strong><br>
- Scale the height of the rope climbs if needed.<br>
- Use lighter dumbbells if necessary to maintain intensity.</p>
