</ul><br><p><strong>Barbell:</strong> #75 / #55</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Alternate between rowing and power snatches for 8 rounds of Tabata intervals. Row 20 seconds as hard as you can, rest 10 seconds, then perform as many power snatches as possible in 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.</p>
