<strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes.</p><br><p>Instructions: Start with the run, then move onto the bench press. After completing the bench press, proceed to the longer run. Once back, tackle the burpees before finishing with the box jumps. Push yourself to move quickly through each movement to beat the time cap.</p>
