<li>5 Single-arm Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> Men: 24kg / Women: 16kg</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong> Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. The goal is to complete each set unbroken and with good form. Adjust the kettlebell weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.</p>
