<li>20 Double Unders</li>

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 slam balls, 15 box jumps, and 20 double unders. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself to sustain a high level of effort for the full duration of the AMRAP. </p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong><br>
