Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 box jumps, 15 kettlebell swings, and a 200m run. Make sure to jump onto the box with both feet landing at the same time and fully extend your hips at the top of the movement. Choose a kettlebell weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep moving and push yourself to see how many rounds you can complete within the time cap.</p>
