<strong>Box Height:</strong> 24"/20"<br>
<strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of 10 box jumps, 8 deadlifts, and 6 hang power cleans. The box jumps should be performed with both feet starting on the ground and ending on top of the box. The deadlift weight should be challenging but allow for unbroken sets. The hang power cleans should be performed with a quick turnover at the hips. Score is total rounds + reps completed.</p>
