- Odd Minutes: 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs) + 3 Peg Board Ascents<br>
- Even Minutes: 5 Front Squats (155/105 lbs) + 5 Burpees over the Bar</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform the prescribed reps of Power Cleans and Peg Board Ascents during the odd minutes, then switch to Front Squats and Burpees over the Bar during the even minutes. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
