</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Kettlebell Swings and Handstand Push-ups for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds per movement). The goal is to push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second work interval. Rest 1 minute between movements. </p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong><br>
- 1 Kettlebell<br>
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of your reps for each round to monitor progress and push yourself to improve in future workouts.</p>
