<li>Ring Dips (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)</li>
<li>Ring Rows (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)</li>
</ul></li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work for each exercise, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round. Alternate between Ring Dips and Ring Rows for a total of 8 rounds. This workout will focus on building upper body strength and endurance using the rings.</p>
