Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout each minute to challenge your cardiovascular system while also building strength.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Start each minute with 5 Wall Balls, then immediately transition into 5 Burpees. Complete the reps within the minute, using any remaining time as rest before starting the next round. Adjust the rep scheme or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the full 20 minutes.</p>
