- Stationary Bike</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform 15 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes and 15 Handstand Push-ups on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. If unable to complete the designated reps within the minute, rest the following minute and then continue with the next movement. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
