  <p><strong>EMOM for 15 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>10 Strict Pull-ups</li>
<li>15 Push-ups</li>
<li>20 Air Squats</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Resistance Band</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest the following minute and then continue with the next movement. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.</p>
