  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong><br>
- Odd minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar<br>
- Even minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups</p><br><p><strong>Barbell:</strong> Use a moderate weight for warm-up sets before starting the EMOM.<br>
<strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the designated gymnastics movement at the top of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Focus on quality reps and maintaining proper form throughout the workout.</p>
