Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete the 10 reps unbroken for the majority of the workout. Push yourself on the box jumps and double unders to keep your heart rate up. The 400m run will serve as your cardio interval to break up the rounds. Aim to move consistently through each round and push the pace on the runs.</p>
