- 5 Kettlebell Turkish Get-Ups (alternating arms)</p><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the entire workout.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Focus on maintaining proper form and control throughout each movement.</p>
