<li>4. Double-unders</li>

Complete each movement for 8 rounds of the Tabata protocol before moving onto the next movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps/calories accumulated across all movements.</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout each round. Adjust the intensity as needed to keep moving for the full 20 seconds.</p>
