</ul><br><p><strong>Skill Focus:</strong> Focus on maintaining good form and consistent reps throughout each 20-second work interval.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Your score is the total number of reps completed. Make sure to hit the target with each rep and push through the burn during the work intervals. </p><br><p><strong>Note:</strong> Choose a challenging weight for the wall ball that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.</p>
