Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale GHD sit-ups to regular sit-ups if needed. Jump on and off the box with both feet for each rep of box jumps. Double unders require the rope to pass under your feet twice in one jump. Have fun and push yourself!</p>
