<li>Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)</li>

Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of each movement. Alternate between Peg Board Climbs and Deadlifts. Aim to complete as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval. Rest 1 minute between movements. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
