- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)<br>
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> <br>
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the peg board climbs, deadlifts, and box jumps. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to focus on proper form during the deadlifts to prevent injury.</p>
