  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>10 Resistance Band Rows</li>
<li>15 Resistance Band Bicep Curls</li>
<li>20 Resistance Band Tricep Extensions</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Cardio:</strong><br>
- Max Effort Burpees for the remaining time of each minute</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform the resistance band exercises at the start of each minute, then switch to max effort burpees for the remainder of the minute. Rest for the remaining time until the next minute starts. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
