<li>10 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder (50/30 lbs)</li>
<li>15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)</li>
<li>10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury. Adjust the weight of the slam ball and deadlifts as needed to maintain intensity.</p>
