  <p><strong>Tabata:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Kettlebell Swings</li>
<li>Kettlebell Clean and Press</li>
<li>Kettlebell Goblet Squats</li>
<li>Kettlebell Russian Twists</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> One kettlebell of challenging weight.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval. Complete all 4 Tabata intervals for a total workout time of 20 minutes. Adjust kettlebell weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.</p>
