<li>10 Goblet Squats</li>
<li>10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Kettlebell Weight:</strong> 24kg/16kg</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete 5 rounds of the above movements for time. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and push yourself to complete each round as quickly as possible. Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to keep transitions quick. </p><br><p><strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes.</p>
