  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Odd minutes: 15 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)</li>
<li>Even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (5 each leg)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement within the minute. Use the remaining time to rest before starting the next minute. Focus on maintaining proper technique and breathing throughout the workout. Adjust the weight as needed to complete the reps within the minute.</p>
