Complete as many Peg Board Climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on technique and efficiency in each climb.</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
Adjust the difficulty of the Peg Board by changing the height of the pegs or the number of pegs used. Make sure to warm up properly before attempting this workout to prevent injury.</p>
