- Odd minutes: 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts<br>
- Even minutes: 5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press</p><br><p><strong>Dumbbell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the movements with proper form.<br>
<strong>Instructions:</strong> Start each minute with the prescribed exercise and complete the reps within the minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next exercise. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.</p>
