Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 bench press, 15 deadlifts, and 20 box jumps. Choose a challenging weight for the bench press and deadlifts, aiming to push yourself throughout the workout. Make sure to maintain good form on the deadlifts to prevent injury. Jump onto the box with both feet landing securely on top before stepping down. Push the pace and see how many rounds you can complete within the time cap.</p>
