</ul><br><p><strong>Medicine Ball Weight:</strong> 20/14 lbs<br>
<strong>Time Cap:</strong> 12 Minutes. </p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Wall Balls and Med Ball Cleans should be done with the medicine ball. Burpees over the med ball require jumping laterally over the ball. Keep a steady pace and push through the burn!</p>
