<li>50 Band-Resisted Burpees</li>

<strong>Time Cap:</strong> 20 Minutes.</p><br><p><em>Instructions: Perform 50 reps of each exercise in order as fast as possible. The resistance band will add an extra challenge to the burpees, so make sure to keep good form throughout the movement.</em></p>
