  <p><strong>EMOM for 20 Minutes:</strong></p><br><ul>
<li>Odd Minutes: 15 Wall Balls</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 10 Burpees</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete 15 wall balls on the odd minutes and 10 burpees on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
